Terms of use

Effective: October 23, 2026

By using DealSquishy you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What DealSquishy is

DealSquishy is an independent site that shares hand-picked products and links to the stores that sell them. We don't sell anything ourselves. Orders, payment, shipping, returns and warranties are between you and the store, under the store's terms.

Prices and product details

Prices and availability come from the store's official product data and can change at any time. If a price on DealSquishy differs from the price on the store's website, the store's price applies. Our write-ups are our opinions, not professional advice. We try to be accurate but can't guarantee that every detail is complete or current.

Paid links

Links marked “paid link” are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure.

Accounts

You can create a free account with your email address or Discord to keep My Feeds and your saved finds on every device. You must be 13 or older. Keep your email and Discord account secure, because anyone who can read your sign-in emails can sign in as you. You can delete your account at any time on your account page. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the site.

Squishy AI

Squishy AI is an automated assistant and can make mistakes. Don't rely on it for medical, legal or financial decisions, and don't share personal information in the chat.

Fair use of the site

Please don't misuse DealSquishy: no automated scraping of this site, no attempts to break or overload it, and nothing illegal. Our Discord has its own community rules; only DealSquishy posts shopping links there.

No warranty

DealSquishy is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the site or from purchases you make at a store.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions? Visit our contact page.
